Shipping

The 'ships by date' for each design is provided on the product page.

VRAI does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. box.

We ship to the following countries:

North America: United States of America, Canada

Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Slovenia, Slovakia, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

Other international shipments: Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, Taiwan.

NORTH AMERICA

• There is a shipping fee on all orders that is added at checkout. Transparency is one of our core values, so we list this fee instead of hiding it within the product price, as other companies do.
• Two business day delivery service is available for a flat rate of $10 USD.
• Overnight delivery service is available for a flat fee of $50 USD.
• All orders shipping to Puerto Rico, Guam and APO addresses ship via USPS Priority Mail.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• There is a non-refundable CA$30 shipping fee on all orders that is added at checkout. Transparency is one of our core values, so we list this fee instead of hiding it within the product price, as other companies do.
• All orders ship through FedEx International Priority (2-5 business days).
• Duties included. Taxes are applied at checkout according to the province of the shipping address.

EUROPE

• There is a non-refundable €25 shipping fee on all orders that is added at checkout. Transparency is one of our core values, so we list this fee instead of hiding it within the product price, as other companies do.
• All orders ship through FedEx International Priority (2-5 business days).
• All prices for the countries of the European Union are inclusive of the applicable statutory value added tax (VAT) rate and duties. There are no additional charges upon delivery.

• There is a non-refundable £20 shipping fee on all orders that is added at checkout. Transparency is one of our core values, so we list this fee instead of hiding it within the product price, as other companies do.
• All orders ship through FedEx International Priority (2-5 business days).
• All prices for the United Kingdom are inclusive of the applicable statutory value added tax (VAT) rate and duties. There are no additional charges upon delivery.

• Orders to Norway and Switzerland ship through FedEx International Priority (2-5 business days).
• Shipping fees are non-refundable and calculated at checkout.
• The customer is the importer of record, which means that taxes and duties are calculated and collected at checkout. There are no additional charges upon delivery.

OTHER INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

• International orders from Australia, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea, Taiwan, and the United Arab Emirates ship with FedEx International Priority (2-5 business days).
• Shipping, taxes and duties are calculated and collected at checkout. There are no additional charges upon delivery. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• All US orders over $500 USD require a signature upon delivery.
• All international orders require a signature upon delivery.
• Please refer to our FAQ for updated information from our shipping carriers.

• Each customer is limited to one complimentary Ring Sizer.
• Ring Sizers ordered within the US and UK ship for free.
• Shipping fees for international Ring Sizer orders will be calculated and collected at checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
